Just cut a piece of Water Soluble Basting Tape the size you need, finger press to the fabric, peel off the paper backing and finger press into place. Both layers will be securely held with no shifting as you sew! No more bumps caused by pinning! Water Soluble Basting Tape will dissolve out of the fabric when laundered. 1/4" x 10 yard roll.
